Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member of Parlor Coworking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership: Membership to Parlor Coworking grants you access to our facilities and services as outlined in our membership agreement. Membership is non-transferable.

Key Usage: Upon joining, you will be issued a key for access to our facilities. This key remains the property of Parlor Coworking and must be returned prior to cancellation of membership. Your membership will continue to auto-bill until the key has been returned.

All new members are subject to a minimum 3 month commitment. Your card will be auto-billed for the minimum 3 months after which you are free to cancel any time.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time after returning their key according to key return instructions. Cancellation requests must be initiated by emailing parlorcoworking@gmail.com and following all key return instructions.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for failure to use the space. Refunds can not be pro-rated for cancellation after partial month’s use.

Termination of Membership: Parlor Coworking reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violation Parlor rules, misconduct, or failure to adhere to community guidelines or the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Parlor responsibilities and guidelines: Members are expected to adhere to all Parlor community responsibilities and guidelines as outlined by the Parlor Coworking Member Handbook. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership without refund.

Liability: Members are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using the facilities of Parlor Coworking. Parlor Coworking is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Parlor Coworking reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to members.

After sign-up, you will be contacted via text message to schedule a time for your 30 minute member orientation and to receive your key and handbook.

By becoming a member of Parlor Coworking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
